the open-concept layout seamlessly integrates the kitchen, living room, and dining area into a harmonious whole, while the other part of the apartment features the bedroom and bathrooms
our approach
the kitchen is centered around a modern green island, complete with an integrated cooking stove. on one side, lower cabinets offer ample storage, while the upper section features open shelves and ambient lighting. the dining area stands out with a table made from the same material as the kitchen countertop, emphasizing the continuity of design between the two spaces.
in the living room, a bold orange sofa serves as a striking visual accent, adding energy and dynamism to the space. black kitchen elements extend into the living room, creating a cohesive flow between the rooms. the apartment is equipped with main lighting, but also ambient lighting, such as LED lights under the kitchen island and round lights above the shelves, which are covered in a “summer” wallpaper by Martina Banožić. this wallpaper also extends to the door that separates the living area from the bedroom
the material and color palette—featuring olive green and dark brown shades, orange fabrics, and elegant wooden and stone textures—creates a modern yet warm and natural ambiance. these tones carry through into the bedroom as well
the bedroom exudes serenity, with a comfortable bed in neutral tones, light wooden floors, and subtle green accents. a modern black wall lamp and a white radiator enhance the room’s functionality and aesthetics
the bathroom continues this sophisticated aesthetic with a modern design. the walls are adorned with tropical leaf-patterned tiles that add vibrancy and contrast, while black details, like the shower and towel warmer, lend an elegant touch. white sanitary fixtures and a spacious shower cabin ensure practicality and comfort
